Loseing the Stock muffler system, and emissions, and other extra bs Shave off around 35 llbs.(also put in a Ballistic battery that saved another 3 llbs) With the power commander map it is real smooth everywhere. ![]() IT is geared taller to get the extra torque it pulls 155 mph on the dynoĬhanging the gearing should put it around 160-165 MPH The old school method was $100 USD per 1 horsepower. Thats excatly what Ivans claims and depending on the bike(engine how it was broke in ect ect) that seems to be right in line with what I recieved. ![]() With the little ivans airbox mod you are supposed to get another 1-2 bringing it to 142 hp. I am at 138hp and 79 llbs torque with a Full Akrapovich system (and K & N Filter) with the silencer out of the exhaust you get an extra 2 Ponies bringing it to 140 hp.(I left it in I think it will protect the packing better) I would reccomend buying the complete Ivans kit as it would seem that they have done their homework. The power commander MAP is the way to go.Īlso seems my numbers are allmost identical to what Ivans says. So it seems I wasted $350 on some BS ECU REFLASH.(oh well I have lost way more then that on 1 hand of poker or black jack) However several hours later with a new Power comander installed and A REAL MAP APPLIED our numbers show just shy of 138 hp so lets call it 138 hp and 79 llbs of torque So today we put it on the dyno and basically no change. Joe said send back my ecu to him with the last dyno run and he would redo the ecu reflash. My hp was a shade under 132 hp(so we will call it 132 and Torque was 76.87 Basicaly The dynotronics reflash gave me 3 ponies for $350 and it showed I was running REAL LEAN. When last we spoke I had just done the Ecu reflash from dynotronics. Just got the bike back today, after spending all day on the Dyno. ![]()
